Keep workflow test aligned with secret rename
When bash tests/test_sync_cloud_run_env_workflow.sh is run, it still asserts that this workflow maps STRATEGY_PLUGIN_ALERT_TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN from secrets.STRATEGY_PLUGIN_ALERT_TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, so this rename to secrets.TG_TOKEN makes the dedicated workflow contract test exit at that grep before validating the rest of the env-sync behavior. Please update the test alongside the secret-name change.
